About Captain Eian

Born and raised in South Florida, Captain Eian has always felt at home in nature—especially on the water. Growing up exploring both the Everglades and the open ocean, he developed a deep connection to the outdoors that shaped who he is today. Those early adventures instilled in him a lifelong respect for South Florida’s wild places and the incredible ecosystems that make the region unlike anywhere else in the world.

After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, Eian knew his true calling was back where he grew up. With the Everglades on one side, the Gulf of Mexico on the other, and some of the best fishing in the world right in his backyard, returning to South Florida was a natural choice.

Driven by his passion for the wilderness and a desire to share it with others, he founded South Florida Airboat Adventures. Through every tour, Captain Eian brings the Everglades to life—sharing its rich history, unique ecosystems, and diverse wildlife—transforming each trip into an immersive and unforgettable experience.

His commitment goes far beyond guiding tours. Captain Eian is a dedicated advocate for Everglades conservation, actively working to protect the delicate environment from invasive species such as iguanas and pythons. His mission is not only to show others the beauty of South Florida, but also to preserve it for generations to come.
